If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. You can return your product in exchange for a credit note, a replacement product or a refund by bank transfer.
In the event of defective items*, we will credit the shipping costs as a credit. In this case, you will notbe entitled to additional compensation.
For any reason other than a defective item, shipping costs remain your responsibility and are not refundable.
Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging.
Returned items must show no signs of wear.
No returns will be accepted without prepaid postage.
Once the purchase has been finalized, an email will be sent to you with the details of your order.
It will not be possible to cancel or modify your order if it is already being prepared.
